Eso simplifica un problema enorme de la biología y sirve de guía para estudiar cultivos. Para quien come, trabaja con el campo o vive de la agricultura, a largo plazo esto puede ayudar a diseñar plantas más resistentes. El resultado vale para una planta de laboratorio, así que trasladarlo a cultivos reales requiere más trabajo.","quienFirma":"HAL (ciencia abierta, institución francesa de investigación)","confianza":"revisado","consulta":null},"sello":{"hash":"3c67363d85ff59d9e968fdec3fe93cb853c6e5971b383d67909799cc71b67d08","sello":"6c20c51fb0361e34027900a04cc88b303a1e51239f1f51c185e56cf9352cde7f","beacon":{"drand":{"cadena":"8990e7a9aaed2ffed73dbd7092123d6f289930540d7651336225dc172e51b2ce","ronda":6611017,"aleatorio":"7126068cc5a8309453ea338c757506196cad16c95571ac70551b4a6dbd2360c4","tiempo":"2026-11-04T03:05:30.000Z"},"nist":{"cadena":2,"pulso":2012442,"salida":"7134A297B46A8FD242C60D848D43834716A1AD357132ABF99EA8733CD775D4C2FD72F3DA116DAB640925833C9C3394F2AE0FC275527F7ED244929B231BE988BA","tiempo":"2026-11-04T03:04:00.000Z"},"noAntes":"2026-11-04T03:05:30.000Z"},"verificacion":{"drand":true,"nist":true},"tsa":{"time":"Nov  4 03:05:45 2026 GMT","provider":"freetsa.org","sobre":"sello"},"original":{"titulo":"Integrative epigenomic mapping defines four main chromatin states in Arabidopsis","descripcion":"Post-translational modification of histones and DNA methylation are important components of chromatin-level control of genome activity in eukaryotes. However, principles governing the combinatorial association of chromatin marks along the genome remain poorly understood. Here, we have generated epigenomic maps for eight histone modifications (H3K4me2 and 3, H3K27me1 and 2, H3K36me3, H3K56ac, H4K20me1 and H2Bub) in the model plant Arabidopsis and we have combined these maps with others, produced under identical conditions, for H3K9me2, H3K9me3, H3K27me3 and DNA methylation. Integrative analysis indicates that these 12 chromatin marks, which collectively cover similar to 90% of the genome, are present at any given position in a very limited number of combinations. Moreover, we show that the distribution of the 12 marks along the genomic sequence defines four main chromatin states, which pr","pubDate":"2026-11-03","url":"https://hal.science/hal-00999846"},"indexado":"2026-11-04T03:03:40.419Z"}}
