El problema es que estas enzimas pierden actividad muy rápido al aplicarse, y la cápsula ayudó sobre todo a las proteasas, que conservaron hasta el 84,8 % de su capacidad. Otras enzimas, en cambio, se degradaron, así que todavía falta trabajo. However, field application of enzymatic supernatants is often limited by low stability and rapid loss of activity. This study aimed to optimize the encapsulation of enzymatic supernatants from native strains Trichoderma koningiopsis LBM 116 and LBM 219 using sodium alginate, and to evaluate the functional performance of the resulting formulations. A Box-Behnken response surface design identified optimal encapsulation conditions (1% alginate, 1% CaCl2, 0.5 mm cannula diameter), yielding spherical capsules (~1300 pm). Proteases exhibited high encapsulation efficiency (up to 84.8%) and strong operational stability, whereas p-1,3-glucanases showed moderate retention and progressive activity loss. Chitinase activity was not retained ","pubDate":"2026-10-14","url":"http://www.scielo.org.ar/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&pid=S1851-75872026000100009"},"indexado":"2026-10-22T21:54:18.825Z"}}
