Para una persona común, esto explica por qué la juventud y la adultez mayor tienen necesidades cerebrales tan diferentes. También sugiere que algunos trastornos podrían entenderse como desvíos de esos mismos patrones. Es una base para mirar la salud mental con más precisión.","quienFirma":"bioRxiv (preprint; equipo de neurociencia)","confianza":"preprint","consulta":null},"sello":{"hash":"3ac15d57f900f3fa7b79417b7676eda3f0dfc679a6b25b3bcf9674752311c1ba","sello":"ce3da5205f9c33d16a5879ab538bc60194c124818b68fe3fa8daa8caf2a31058","beacon":{"drand":{"cadena":"8990e7a9aaed2ffed73dbd7092123d6f289930540d7651336225dc172e51b2ce","ronda":6586362,"aleatorio":"b8bf03725ea105e1ef29f585c8a176621916fb1a2d5dca9bcc5b26d0145538e8","tiempo":"2026-10-26T13:38:00.000Z"},"nist":{"cadena":2,"pulso":2000374,"salida":"D41F89CF12FB8969040A6D088C42499B9AC59BDC0FCA0B283BB2D1A42632DD657EF310D22E2DDA6C2A68D04F1EBF6A210D3E39A7A6D6B792D250799F7138F596","tiempo":"2026-10-26T13:37:00.000Z"},"noAntes":"2026-10-26T13:38:00.000Z"},"verificacion":{"drand":true,"nist":true},"tsa":{"time":"Oct 26 13:38:31 2026 GMT","provider":"freetsa.org","sobre":"sello"},"original":{"titulo":"From micro-architecture to networks: canonical neurobiological architecture of functional brain organization across the lifespan and in psychopathology","descripcion":"Understanding how macroscale functional network connectivity (FNC) across the lifespan and in psychopathology is spatially organized with respect to microscale neurobiological architecture remains a challenge. Here, we constructed a cross-omics mapping framework by linking resting-state fMRI data (5,349 individuals, 6-80 years) with 49 neurobiological markers (24 cell types, 19 neurotransmitters, 6 mitochondria). We show that FNC development and aging unfold along cellular and molecular gradients. Specifically, spatial correspondence between age-related FNC changes and neurobiological microprofile networks varied by life stage, peaking for cell types in adolescence, neurotransmitter systems ","pubDate":"2026-10-26","url":"https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.64898/2026.10.22.761188v1?rss=1"},"indexado":"2026-10-26T13:37:38.955Z"}}
